These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Michiana Digital Services LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Michiana Digital Services LLC provides comprehensive web development services including:

Custom website design and development
Website hosting and domain management
Ongoing maintenance and updates
SEO optimization
24/7 website monitoring
Technical support

Payment Terms

Initial Development: We require a deposit on the initial design and development fee to begin work on your website. The balance is due upon your approval and before launch.

Monthly Services: Starting the 1st of the month following launch, you will be charged a monthly fee that includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and support for the duration of our contract.

Additional Work: Any work beyond the scope of the monthly service agreement will be charged at a discounted hourly rate. We will always provide transparent cost estimates before beginning additional work.

Website Updates

Basic maintenance and small updates (text changes, image updates) are included in your monthly fee. More extensive changes or new features can be requested at any time and will be completed at our discounted hourly rate.

Our Process

We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, then move into design and development. We collaborate closely with you to refine the design and content. Your website will only be launched when you are completely satisfied with both the design and content.

Cancellation Policy

You have complete flexibility with our partnership. You can transition out at any time by covering the remaining contract period. Upon completion of all obligations, you will receive full ownership of your website design, code, and all associated assets.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and contract completion, all website code, design elements, and assets created specifically for your website become your property. Michiana Digital Services LLC retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and use reviews/testimonials for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested. If you want us to take down your website or review/testimonial, please reach out to contact@michianadigital.com.

Limitation of Liability

Michiana Digital Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
